Hay!

Who sent me ze bunny movie? Convess!Got a (wet, and thank God it was shrink wrapped) copy of Watership Down in the post late today. It's been one of my favorite movies since I was wee, though looking back on it I can't think why on earth my parents allowed me to watch it when it gave me recurring nightmares. Watership Down & The Last Unicorn were two books I read over & over again. And then going to my grandmother's house, when we'd rent movies, I'd pick one of those as often as anything "new".

Looking back on it, I do think Watership Down was oddly brutal for a kid. My grandmother always made her "well, ok, if you really want to watch that" sound when I picked it out.

*lol*

My grandmother did the same thing, and she wouldn't watch it with me. I never understood why. . . .

Big Trouble is possibly one of the most underrated movies EVER.

Jack Burton is one of my favorite characters EVER.

I love that movie.

And why am I not surprised you love it?

You can tell a lot about a person by whether or not they like that movie. It's part of my list of things to find out about people before I make a final call on whether I like them. Not a dealbreaker, but it say ssomething important about their outlook.

I look like Tom Welling.

(pause)

No, no, I'm just kidding. You can calm down now. The Welling pictures were nice, but my preference is for this: [insert picture of Lana Lang in her sexy bikini]. Oh my. Well, I must be going now.....
