Someone please explain how/why only ONE of the a/c vents in my car blows cold air?

I got a puppy yesterday! He is a puggle (half pug/half beagle), he is eight weeks old, and his name is Malcom.

So someone at my work has MUMPS. I was vaccinated, so I don't really care, but yeah. My boss is totally a crazy hypochondriac too so it is going to be hilarious when she convinces herself she has MUMPS.

THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS COMING TOMORROW. I HOPE THEY WEAR CONTAMINATION SUITS.

I am so tired it is absurd. I was downstairs in the kitchen a minute ago, but I decided I was too tired for sitting and went upstairs to lie in my bed until I lost consciousness. Even though the wireless keeps cutting out it is too convenient and comfy to pass up.
