But it has! My Livejournal has surpassed the girliness that I once held, and is at a near-blinding level of sunshine, rainbows and unicorns! *insert maniacal laughter here ( Read more... )

It's good to know that you're not dead. ^^ Maybe I'll be able to stop by Hallmark when I go to visit Kirk in Mass. Otakon is going to be great this year! Can't wait to see you.

Indeed, and let me know if you do wanna drop by. There's liek a void of nothingness outside Turner Falls, and if you try to use Mapquest or something to navigate it, you might end up travelling through an interdimensional gateway in the Yukon.

those lobby computers are the most retarded ones in the whole school. It took me 3 months to find the power button. where are you living up there? wherever it is, make sure you get one of those supermarket cards. They save you a lot. If there's anything I can help you out with regarding hallmark or the area, let me know. It was an awesome experience, and I've already had job interviews where the name has helped me out immensely. My last interviewer knew Don Ayotte personally.

I believe I'm living on Park Street right in Turners Falls. It's not too far from the school. And thanks, the supermarket card was something I had forgot about, so I'll add that to my list o' stuff to do. I'll be sure to contact ya if I've got questions, like the one I just thought of right now. Are there any good local restaraunts in the area? When my parents took me up there for orientation and looking around the area, they didn't particularly want to experiment, so we just went with old standbys like Applebee's and Friday's.

oh! I know that house. Cool place. You said you were living with like 8 other people and I was afraid you'd ended up in the Blue House. There's a blue house on top of "the hill" by the liquor store that's a crazy party house, and unless you're the party type, you'd die living there. I never could have done it ( ... )

Ah, thanks a lot! Good to know I won't be living off Hot Pockets and Poptarts. Oh also, as it is one of my lifelong quests, are any of those places good for spicy food?

And I know of the Blue House too. I had almost accepted an invitation from someone rooming there, as they left out many details. I kinda found out about all that stuff when I got up there and toured the places. The party room back in UMBC was bad enough, I can't imagine what an entire house like that would be like.
