Earlier today I had the most delightful sandwich I have eaten all month. It was cream cheese and chargrilled vegetables and oh my it was tasty. And filling too, which is unusual given the health food that I eat. Although I adore the taste of healthier snacks I find them to be fairly light. Well we've seen the tiniest smattering of snow...however nothing serious at all yet. I'm wondering if it ever reaches Hull! The drive to Durham this weekend should be muchly interesting.
