Having stomach ache after drinking milk…???

Lol, I also hv the same problem…do u know why…???
(but just certain types of milk for me)

It’s bcoz we hv Lactose Intolerance problem...
Means that we didnt hv enough of lactase enzyme in the small intestine to digest lactose...
Lactose is a prominent component of milk and most other dairy products...
