Sometimes I find myself really engaged by people squeeing about fandoms I'm not familiar with, and it seems to be like that with TOS, because I keep reading my flist's posts about it and being almost just as entertained as if it had been something I had, you know, seen.

That gif, for instance, was instantly saved to my hard drive.

I take it you have you seen the various TOS blooper reels? (The penultimate one is really only worth it for 3:39) They were brought to my attention and I laughed my ass off.

So yeah, I'm all for a pic spam!

Oh, I know what you mean. I mean, sometimes it's the squee that matters, the passion, not whatever it is they're talking about.

I'm glad I'm not totally annoying everyone.

I haven't had a chance to watch them all the way through, so thanks for sharing!

I'm glad "endearing" is the word you chose. I feel so annoying.

BUT I COULD BE MUCH MORE SO.

I love Vulcan pick up lines. Mostly because there is no logic to the use of pick up lines to begin with. I mean the logical thing to do should you require such activity is to state your case before your intended. Without obfuscation of the end in mind.

idk what late night tv is like on the west coast! Is it on at 9:30?? I guess probably not, ha. So. You will have to wait. But I think he sincerely freaked out Conan with his epic old man Shatnerness.

Also, I looked at those gifs, and the one with Nimoy throwing a baseball makes me really gleeful.

I'll look it up. That's awesome. It's on at the normal time. Just later than you. Yeah I grew up on the East Coast and I'm still freaked out by the fact stuff happens to you three hours sooner.
