And oh god, I was full of "OH MADDIE HONEY NO" last night. I knew she'd be brilliant and tough and protective during her interrogation, and she didn't disappoint. I loved Sam and Fiona during the bomb scene, and Sam telling Michael off - mainly because I kind of ship Sam/everyone. Sam/Maddie would be hilariously awesome.

Sam is the BEST. Even if I didn't love Michael a lot - which I do - the show would still be worth watching simply for Sam. ♥! Sam/Maddie would be hilarious and awesome and that's even without factoring Michael's reaction in. hee!

There have been several times when I thought the show was inching toward Sam/Madeline. They don't have the dynamics you normally see with best friend's mom/son's best friend. On the other hand M doesn't really seem like S's type.

But that's (part of) what makes it so hilarious! They do occasionally seem to feint in that direction though. I would be okay with it, I think.
