So I am on vacation, and the plan is to bake cookies, finish off the Christmas shopping, and write. Like Malcolm Reynolds, what I plan and what takes place ain't ever exactly been similar, but after all manner of unseemly shenanigans earlier, I am planning to take a shower and get to cookie-making

Ha ha, "Down to Nowhere" is so totally my Mello song; I called my first Death Note fic ever "Soldier of the Vacuum." I can see it working for Starbuck too. The characters are not dissimilar.

Thank you for musics! I don't know if I count as someone who's allowed to grab musics, but seeing what in lyrics inspires you is interesting too...Blue Caravan is such a self-contained story to me that I don't think I could write anything off of it (and the first time I heard it, in musamea's car in the rain after she came back from India, it floored me and broke my heart and made me laugh all at once...there's no way I couldn't pull something off like that in words without music!).
