I am obviously terrible at journaling, but there's something about a new year that just makes you want to stop and reflect.

2012 has been one wild ride. I honestly cannot believe how busy I was all year long. Luckily, I kept this memory ring that helped me keep track of all the amazing events that took place.

I just wanted to post a happy entry braggin about the 6.5 pounds I lost in my first week!! This week, I haven't been counting points or anything, just changing what I've been eating and drinking lots of water. I'd say it's a good start!!

So... I weighed myself last night at my parents' house and about died. I have about 40 lbs I need to lose. My mom and I are starting Weight Watchers on April 1st, so that should help. Welcome to the world! On Feb. 17th at 2:41 a.m. At 8 lbs., 9.8 oz. and 22 inches long. It was a roller coaster, but he's finally, finally here!!

It so wasn't my last doctor's appointment... they scheduled me another one for Monday afternoon. Yes, my friends, I was due yesterday, and still have a doctor's appointment Monday afternoong.
