How do you get it so the rice doesn't stick to your hands? That's always what pisses me off the most . I tried oil, but that didn't work.

I used water, actually. I also scooped the rice into the mold with a spoon, and the mold has it's own top to push down on the rice. But having damp hands works pretty well.

Ahhh, next time......I need more nori first.
