I've already lost 8 lbs on my running routine of 4 miles/night 6 nights/wk. If I lose another 8-10, I'll be at my "ideal" weight. I base "ideal" on what I'm most happy w/ given how I felt when I did weigh that amt. The funny thing is that it's only been a little over 2 wks, and I'm already about halfway to my goal. Good job!!! I lost 4 of the ten I've gained. I haven't tried the distance running but I've been doing the cardio. My pants can fit! And a bit of my "faux pack" is back. But awesome job!!! You're just superman.

Hey nice work dropping those 4 lbs :-) Distance running is definitely the quickest way to lose weight. I'd highly recommend it if you want to speed the process along. It's just that you're kinda sore during the first week doing it... and there are other random aches and pains as you go along haha. Not the easiest method but definitely the most efficient from my experience.
