I got a job. In my field. Hurrah.

I found an apartment in my new city. Hurrah.

That stupid piece of crap I've been writing for three years now is nearly (but crucially NOT) done. (Almost) hurrah.

I barf almost everyday.

It's been forever since I've posted here. The last time I did I was up to my eyeballs in work and self-loathing. At the moment I'm past my eyeballs. So you should be seeing a lot more of me.

I had plans to go to the LCBO today on my day off to stock up on these radio wines, but Ontario Blizzard 2007 is preventing me. Looks like I'll have to postpone the holiday panic shopping for another day. Brilliant.

I'm hosting Christmas dinner at my place.
I'm registered to run a 10-mile race on Boxing Day.
I'm going to a conference in Chicago the day after the race.

And I've sold my soul (well, my day-time hours) to the LCBO (where I do not get a discount).

I had a choice in all of this, you know. I'm stupid.

Hey internet! I ran a half-marathon yesterday! The best part was the free bag of chips and the superhero cape I got at the end.

Oh yeah, and a sense of accomplishment blah, blah, blah. Free chips!
