Hey internet! I ran a half-marathon yesterday! The best part was the free bag of chips and the superhero cape I got at the end.

Oh yeah, and a sense of accomplishment blah, blah, blah. Free chips!

now to rain on your parade because that's my raison d'etre: broken foot not healing. might need to join you in the legion of people with pins in their feet. i ran a half-marathon in my drug induced sleep. but i didn't win. YOU did. *giggle*

no, seriously, i think it's totally effing awesome that you accomplished that. you are my running role model, and one day i'll do that .0006 marathon and have you to thank!!!
