Well, look, he was lying there all weird and pathetic from the drugs, and the vet said that if he didn't get rehomed he'd get put down, and I know what I said, shut up.

Harry (bless you) gave me a ride to the vets so that I could settle the bill and work out where to send it next. And he had this cast on his back leg and he sort of made this ( Read more... )

That thing looks amazingly angry. What the hell did you do to it?

You'd be grumpy if someone stuck a cone around your neck too, to be fair.

I even bought the most expensive cat food. It's actually eating better than I am at the moment (salmon vs. cheese on toast).

You're putting animals before people again. Stop it, before you make yourself look like an idiot.

Oh. Never mind.

Well, that's what it said on the tin. It looks more like sponge dipped in gravy, but it actually ate some of it, so it's probably not poisoned.

Don't worry about it. That's what flexible shedules are for. Your fluffy bell thing escaped your bag, btw. It's stuck somewhere in the footwell and jingles whenever I hit a speed bump.

Don't worry about it.

Sorry about the jingly thing! I honestly hadn't missed it what with cleaning up the crime scene that was the loo roll.

Feel free to keep it or give it to Clara or something. :p

It's all the cone.

And he actually looks quite sweet, when he's sleeping. And he purrs nicely. I can see why you'd keep one around.

Mine's somehow big enough to take up all the duvet but only a tenth of the bed.

Though when winter comes round he'll make a great hot-water bottle.

Awww! He looks a bit like my old cat! And she gave me the same look when she was castrated. Than she wanted to gnaw me feet off.

He hasn't tried to gnaw my feet off yet, he's still pretty distant. He does like to sleep on all the bed though. I get growled at when I try to find my corner.

I have a king-size bed as well.
