Terrified is...
I'm going to the therapist in the morning.
I do not know what to do/say/think etc etc etc.
I don't like people and that it Part of why I'm going.
But new person.... see there. problem.
I'm going to go hide now.

I take sleeping pills... Because when left to my own devices I don't sleep. As evidenced by that fact that it's about 6:30 in the morning and I should have been in bed hours ago ( Read more... )

Switched 2 medications 2 days ago.
I am dizzy and nauseous right now and I want to curl up and die.
The Switch of one is hopefully gonna stop the dizzy... if it's an allergy that OTC allergy medication and a shot can fix.

Got up at the crack of dawn to go to the sleep center.  My GP thinks I sleep weird so I'm doing a sleep study.  I get to do that the first Sunday of August ( Read more... )

No one ever wants to talk.
It's not like I spend my whole life alone with no one to talk to.
And it's not like I have trouble with new people....

I. have one song picked out.  It's even a song that doesn't need a lot of floofy piano playing.  It is made for chords.  Like... The piano part is Chords and a mirror of the melody.  Which I'll be singing so I don't need to play it because that would be silly ( Read more... )
