Don't tell anyone, but I love the Emeril cajun spice. I don't know who bought it and placed it in my kitchen, but I used the entire jar over winter break.

I saw this Vodka Sauce recipe a few days ago, and it looked good.

And I don't really like it reheated, but cold the next day Chinese food totally wins.

I think the year off sounds like a good plan, so hopefully having that decided will give you some peace of mind.

I was mainly amused by your reheat-anecdote. That is completely true, and penne and vodka sauce the next day is actually one of my FAVORITE lunches. And I know exactly which Sopranos' episode you're talking about, hahaha. That was a good one. We have that IO / on-demand cable box, so I was able to order and watch all of the Season One Soprano eps, and I enjoyed them highly.

Anyway, continue to take care of your bad self.

There was this one restaurant we would go to in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. I'd always order a huge appetizer followed by penne vodka. I'd take like three bites then ask for it to be wrapped up. SO.GOOD.

I didn't really like that episode. Probably because it was a mainly out-of-Jersey episode. But I'm renting season one to watch while riding the exercise bike.

Yanno, I actually like leftovers stone cold, no matter what they are. Pizza is my FAVORITE leftover and cold, with chinese coming a close second.

I'll have to take your word for it... for Chinese food I'm mainly a kung pao chicken kind of guy, and I dunno if that would fare well cold...

I think hamburger goulashe (sp?) is better reheated because it dries out the hamburger and makes it crispy. Yum! Pretty much anything that doesn't get soggy tastes good/better reheated... That just doesn't happen to be very many things.

Thanksgiving dinner stuff reheated the next day. The turkey breast, the homemade gravy, and some mashed spuds.

Otherwise, I really don't like much of anything reheated. Or at least nothing so much that it springs to the forefront of my mind...
