ooooo god.. i am SOOOOOOOOOOOO a sucker for Early Japanese HIstorical films/tv shows. I KNOW i was someone like SHanao's mum in a past life. I just know it. Heh-heh.

YOu mean the guy who plays Shanao? Yeh, he soo is a real-life Ryuuki..actually, i would be MORE inclined to say that he a bit more like Seiran...given Shanao's past. He is forced to exile, because he is basically a threat to the imperial throne (much like Seiran was) and basically leaves Kyoto because they are out to kill him and spends a great deal of his time travelling. much like seiran.

But he has the Ryuuki sweetness and caring...yet, not the Ryuuki forwardness with SHuurei. hee-hee
