Yeh, three in a row. Not trying to spam anyone's FL pages here....BUT, I also just HAD To put up a couple things. First, a really motivating and encouraging quote I got off the side of my mega-size Ito-en bottle of White tea. It's a Haiku by Vivian Shibata:

Now, agenda 2: OMG Addicted to this Japanese historical Drama called Yoshitsune. Granted my own life feels like a historical drama, well, more like a HYSTERICAL DRAMA>....but anyway......this series is 49 episodes long, with bloody torrents that take F O R E V A H...BUt SOOOOOO worth it.
I remember as a kid being completed FASCINATED with Japanese History/culture (obvioualy still am to this day). I remember watching SHOGUN as a child (for the RARE few here who actually remember that awesome mini-series) and wanting to be a geisha. wanting to live during that time.
This particular historical drama takes place during the Heiki period in Japan. ANd, the costuming is great. ESPECIALLY the women...I am soo tempted to cosplay one of the court women from that time instead of a character..I mean, how often can one adorn oneself in Heiki-perios clothing??
I HIGHLY reccomend it. ANd, the lead male(character name is SHANAO) is not bad on the eyes either. *drools* and, it looks like this was filmed a few years back, meaning, it MAY not be illegal for me to pawn over Shanao. heehee
(and, like always, scan mouse over pics for comments. easier than writing underneath each one. ^^)
AND if you wan the link to the torrents for this AMAZING Taiga Saga...here is the episode 2. Which is the FIRST episode. THey don't have episode one subbed, and quite frankly, you don't miss much. The first few eps take place when Shanao is young. so....the goodness starts when he is bishie-fied. heehee
