Um...I wrote something? Quickly and with very little skill...

Okay, so I did the whole, put the ipod on shuffle thing and then write something by the time the song ends. There are supposed to be ten, but I've got too much stuff to do right now (Very bad stress right now.) to bother with a whole ten. I did cheat in that I rearranged the songs so that this resembled a story more than just five random drabbles.

Well, I beg to differ that these were written with 'very little skill' - but then I've already told you that. :) I really enjoyed all of these, and I'm just glad that you did write something. I've missed your boys. Especially loved the "Let's not make promises we can't keep dearest" line.

That was my favorite line too. Like I said last night, his reaction was nothing like I thought it would be, but I guess that's the song's influence more than anything else. Otherwise Andrew!Muse would have called James!Muse some very nasty names.

Thanks. :)

Hi! I've been suffering from a block for quite awhile now, so it was nice to try to write something.

Thanks! I'll admit I cheated and did a basic edit at the end, but it was mainly grammatical more than anything.

I am in wuv with these drabbles. Yes, wuv. They are so sweet I can't possibly use L. ;-)

The promises line is awesome and perfectly Andrew, trying to keep the moment light. And James, at the end of the last one was so sweetly himself that it made me wibble in a public net cafe.

I'm intrigued by the meme, and I think I may do it myself.

Andrew was much more subdued about the whole situation, probably due more to the song's influence more than anything. Normally he'd be calling James ten types of bastard.

But yes, the promises line was my favorite.

I may do the five remaining songs later. I just didn't have the time last night to do all ten at once.

I suppose Lyrics aren't necessary, since you're suppose to channel what the song makes you feel.

I did at least write something, that's true. :) Thanks! I'm going to try to do five more songs sometime in the next week or two.

Oooh... very nice. Of course now I'm curious as to what songs it was that inspired you. But I shan't pry. xP

And yes, like Jade I must protest the claimed lack of skill - perhaps they are a little smooshed, a little condensed but all drabble-short-things are. And they are lovely. They tell the story quite charmingly (and quite tantalizingly).

The titles that are in bold are the titles of the songs.

Thanks!
