Well I think people would argue The Wire is the best drama but I've heard they were both great.

Yes, one Schrute buck. But I think they lost it after he didn't win. Jon and Stephen was definitely an awesome moment and I was never so glad for Ricky to be MIA. This way, everyone wins. Sad about Hugh but agreed about House not having the best season (should have won last year!). I am so disappointed/angry about The Office but I'm not going there. Jeremy Piven is awesome and I love him but Rainn :( :( I do need to see Entourage though. I stopped watching after the comedy series for obvious reasons but I knew Sopranos would win and the competition wasn't that great so I'm glad it won. And now next year we can get some new blood!

I've actually never seen The Wire, so I'm sticking with my comments about Rome. LOL! :)

I was disappointed that Rainn Wilson didn't win, but the fact that Jeremy Piven won helped ease the pain. Although, I actually had hoped Kevin Dillon would win because he's come a long way as Johnny Drama since season one. You really should give Entourage a shot. It's a really fun show and the cast is fantastic.

I didn't care at all that House didn't win for Best Drama (it didn't deserve it) but I did feel a little bad for Hugh Laurie who is the reason that show is what it is.

Well I would definitely check it out sometime. I know I am soon.

Yeah it helps a bit but I had high hopes for Rainn, much higher than Jenna. He really deserved it for this season. And I'm definitely going to be getting to Entourage soon, I saw the Pilot and loooved Jeremy Piven/Ari and enjoyed it and the fact that its set in LA is a huge plus.

Yeah, exactly. He better win sometime thats all I can say.

I love Rainn Wilson. He's one of the main reasons I love The Office so much. I wasn't all that disappointed that Jenna Fischer didn't win. Nothing against her, but the role of Pam isn't funny like the other characters.

Ari is a great character and so is Johnny Drama (Kevin Dillon). The show gets better with every season. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Next year, use an lj-cut please! :) I was glancing through my LJ and ran into this and quickly ran into the other direction since I was still watching them.

Did your Emmys get edited too? Or were yours actually live?

Oh, sorry! :( I'm usually really good at doing things like that. I hope I didn't ruin anything major for you!

I don't think my Emmy's were edited? Why, what happened with yours?

Thankfully you didn't but I accidentally went to check something on imdb and I forgot that they list all the awards given out already. Ugh, I was so mad.

Since nothing in California is live ... even though everything is FILMED here, Ray Romano's little bit with the word 'fucking' was edited. Katherine Heigl swearing after she won was edited. Sally Field saying 'goddamn' was edited. It was lame.

No, none of that was edited here. It's not like it was a big deal. Katherine Heigl saying shit definately doesn't warrant censorship. I didn't realize you got and edited version.

How is Ryan Seacrest famous? He's useless, irritating and not the least bit funny. Here's hoping this is the last high profile show he hosts.

He doesn't bother me. I read a quick little blurb online last night about how one of the reasons he was picked to host was because he's really good at keeping things moving on schedule. And since the Emmys finished only 15 minutes late, I'd say he did a pretty good job. :)

He just bugs me. He's one of those people that comes across as incredibly fake. He always has his head up celebrities' asses. But, he did finish the show at a decent time, I'll give him that.

I was laughing hysterically when Ricky Gervais didn't show up, so Stephen Colbert & Jon Stewart said "Well, we'd like to give this award to our friend Steve Carell!" Haha, I loved it!

I know, that was one of the best moments. I love unscripted things like that. :)

Rainn rapping against Kanye was probably my favorite moment, hahaha. I've watched a bit of Brothers and Sisters - I'm planning on buying season one when I have some money - and I definitely recommend it.

I love your icon. I was watching an episode from season five tonight. :)

Let me know what you think about Brothers and Sisters when you get around to watching the DVD. Btw, did you see how gorgeous Rachel looked last night?

Sometimes I really miss SFU! A couple of my friends are interested in watching it, so I should start prodding them a bit, heh. At the moment I miss Oz terribly...the other night they played an episode of CSI that Scott William Winters was on, and he's so brilliant in everything he does.

Rachel always looks great! ♥

I love re-watching SFU sometimes. It's such a wonderful, perfect show. I wish my friends were more interested in watching it, but as least my sister loves it as much as I do.

OZ is another great show. Definately not a show for everyone, but I love it.
