Cell phone suck
OK, so finally, I have to get a new phone. AT&T has succeeded in pushing me out of my plan, so far. Some of you know I have this old Nokia TDMA phone I have been reluctant to part with. Not because I love the damn thing. I love my plan. Currently, I am paying $39.99 for 1000 anytime minutes with rollover. Way good ( Read more... ) -

Hurricane Katrina raw footage
This is near the Garden District. Near Anne Rice's home. I have been there. This area was gorgeous. Now looking at the real estate in that neighborhood, it is a shame. Homes that were $300K prior are now on the market for $150K, not fully renovated. It is sad.
Listen to the guy as he's describing the scene. It made me cry. :(
