What is with the snow AGAIN *glares at the weather*

Not that it's settling thankfully because it was raining/sleeting before and I think it's not quite cold enough but still. It might look pretty dancing outside the window but I am All Wet from walking in.

Have planned a term of shinyness for the Rainbows including Carnival and Penguins and entering of Centenary competions.

SNOW!

Proper epic snow too, when I left work there was none and we've just returned to nearly 4 inches! Though some of that is drifting I think BUT STILL!

It didn't snow on us in the queue either. It was rather cold though.
