Just back from seeing the Messiah at the ENO. It was really fantastic. It's semi-staged and the reviews have been distinctly mixed but I thought it was really clever and a lot of the bits of staging were either beautiful or thoughtprovoking or both and the dancers were ven better. Plus of course being the ENO the singing was incredible. Top marks ( Read more... )
