Got back from the grandparents place around 10 last night. The trip down Friday afternoon and the trip back yesterday added like 850 miles to the Titan, around 14 hours of driving total. It was great to see most the family. Looking forward to some rest today and then in the middle of June we are headed out to CO to visit some them thar mountain

Sorry - alot harder to post since we are down to 1 non-work computer (the rest are packed up). Well 33 has been a pretty good day. Been lifting for over half my life. The wife got me 2 Wii Zappers for my B-day and besides the Link Crossbow game that comes with it she got me the House of the Dead2/3 disc - not great graphics but hey... some days ya just need to kill ya some zombies. So we officially signed the paperwork to put the house on the market yesterday. MLS and sign should be up by the end of the week. Phase 1 of GTFOO officially initiated.

GTFOO = Get the Fuck Outta Ohio.

Sorry this has taken so long. My parents were up this weekend helping the wife and I get things packed away. Yesterday eve when I got home from work we made a run to the storage unit to pack away our precious books (or at least most of them). So today I have 4 shakes and then get in my healthy meal (which will be sushi). The Sat weigh in is: I am down another 4.5 lbs and another 1/2 inch off my gut. Total lost is approx 20 lbs and a shade over 3 inches off my gut measurement. MY plan for my 1 meal a day on Sunday will be the first watch trip the blizzard deprived me up last week. So - today my boss took the team out to lunch - I stayed strong and only had some Diet Pepsi. I come home and with the parents headed up, my wife has TWO Pecan Pies and is cooking her awesome (AWESOME !) Pot Roast. *grumble* As many of you know E's Pot Roast is great and I consider Pecan Pie to be the pinnacle of the sweets. Alas I will stay ( Read more... )

Day 26 was pretty uneventful. Legs and 35 minutes of walking outside in the glorious sunshine. All 5 shakes plus post-workout. No food. Today is the last day of all shakes... tomorrow I get one meal (dinner -> sushi) and then start getting back to normal. Be sure to tune in tomorrow for the final Sat weigh in.

OK I was really exhausted and had a long day at work. I stayed on the diet and got all 5 shakes and no food. I did miss both the workout and treadmill but honestly felt this charged my battaries to help me make the final push on to Sat.
