I called my dad back to let him know the money arrived, and that part of the dental bill MAY be forgiven, something I didn't find out until I called to pay the bill and found out the insurance hadn't notified them.  They had me drive to the next town and fax the insurance paper that I'd been sent to them.  I'll hopefully find out tomorrow what I ( Read more... )

Well, despite the jagged plastic collars and the free beer, it looks like slugs got the two marigold seedlings in the in ground garden last night, just like they got the lettuce seedlings.   The rain has made it so I am not able to lay down more DE until late this weekend, but I guess I can try eggshells next.  I don't understand it, the collars ( Read more... )
