Happy ♥ Easter! Those who find themselves in this space will first notice the air is cool and fresh, much cleaner than one would find in the city. The sun shone down upon a brilliant green clearing surrounded by tall, aged trees. Five tables were set out at one end, each containing a variety of foods, as well as sweets of every style, color and ( Read more... )

Hino Rei, aged 15-just-about-to-turn 16, comes across the buffet layout. She glances around herself, as though trying to find the joke (or joker), and finally locates Chibiusa.

"Excuse me," she interrupts politely. "I'm sorry to intrude. It was by accident. What is this?"

Chibiusa wasn't really sure what was going on here. She'd been walking down the street when suddenly she was here, with all of this food. Well, there wasn't anyone around to ask, and it didn't look dangerous at all. If it was a trap, there should have been someone around, and there wasn't at all. The yummy looking cookies had been too much of a temptation, and now she was eating them.

She glanced up once she realized she wasn't alone. Was it a trap after all, and this was... wait, she looked kind of familiar, but... nah, it couldn't be her. Quickly, she swallowed the food in her mouth before speaking. "Um... it's a picnic! It's not yours is it?"

"It's not mine," Rei says. But if it's not hers or the pink-haired girl's... What's going on here? Something in her doesn't like this situation, suddenly. She eyes Chibiusa somewhat seriously.

"Who are you?" she asks, not quite confrontational yet, but puzzled, trying to figure out why there's something in the pink that's familiar.

Oh, that was good then. She had already eaten quite a few cookies. The pink-haired girl set the plate down in her lap, trying her best to remain proper in some regard.

"Chibiusa Tsukino," she answered plainly, allowing a smile to form upon her face. If this girl was familiar, then the name would help sort this all out. "Who are you?"

It was another place! This place looked familiar, but not really. maybe she'd seen it before in a dream! She liked dreams, they were funny and pretty, and sometimes she saw people she knew! Pallas bounded through the grass, laughing as she picked up an egg. Why was this here? There were more! One by one she began to collect them until her eyes fixated on the woman eating the plate full of sweets. No black moon on her forehead, and she was taller than that Small Lady she'd met. Pallas blinked repeatedly, tilting her head. "Lady Serenity?"

"Hi PallaPalla! I'm glad you're here," she said with a smile. If Pallas was here, maybe she knew what was going on. Getting the information out of her would be a challenge, though. "Did you do this?"

Well, didn't this look fun! Another Chibiusa appears, this one looks only to be a young teen, maybe 15 at the most; she still has the big puffs of hair instead of long pigtails.
She's smiling happily at the tables and decorations, unsure of what they're for, but enjoying the bright colors and fun atmosphere nonetheless. It seemed lonely without the big crowd of people it seemed meant for.

It took a doubletake for Chibiusa to recognize that the big splash of pink in the middle of the seats was a person, not more pastel decorations. Her eyes widen and she gasps quietly. She moves slowly towards the person with the long pink hair, and smiles uncertainly.

"Are the sweets good?"

This one had never met a double before, and the whole idea of other worlds, dimensions and realities only came to her from the bits and pieces Pallas tried to explain, and that didn't always help as much as one might think. Seeing another pink-haired girl was one thing, but recognizing her was another. Chibiusa nearly dropped her plate, fumbling with it to keep from spilling all the delicious cookies.

"Ahh! You're me!"

The reaction was pretty amusing, especially since Chibiusa was able to watch it on her own face. Rare opportunity, that.
She laughed, and waved cheerfully. "While you're here, you'll meet lots of different versions of people you know. Yourself included," she added with a grin.

Chibiusa pulls up a chair and sits in it, smiling happily at her more grown self. "I should warn you to be careful, and not reveal too much information about yourself to soon when you meet someone. Even if they're your friend back home, the person you're talking to might not be."

"PallaPalla told me about that," she replied quietly, looking a little to the side. She hadn't fully accepted it as described, but now seeing herself sitting down next to her it really was true wasn't it?

That much had been said to her as well, but the meaning wasn't entirely clear. How could a friend not be a friend, even if they were from another world? "People from other worlds aren't our friends? How is that possible?"

Minako wasn't sure where she was, but why should that matter? There was a volleyball field! And if there was anything she liked to do it was playing volleyball. She picks up the ball. "Alright! Who is willing to challenge the volleyball champion? Anyone?" Minako grins as she looks around the place.

Lulu entered the clearing, taking note immediately of the clean air and green grass. This place was like a little piece of paradise, except for the fact there were tables and chairs spread out all over the place. They ruined the scene completely. The blond girl near the net seemed very familiar, but she couldn't place it. She'd been experiencing these sensations a lot recently, but was still no closer to an answer.

It wasn't Twister, but Lulu was up to the challenge. Shedding her lab coat, the green haired botanist made her way over to the net. "Champion you say?"

The grin widened. "You heard that right! Aino Minako is the best player of the school's volleyball team!" She glanced at the person, but didn't seem to recognize her. Ah, well, it could just be some random person who heard her, right?

"Do you think you're up for the challenge?" Minako then says, pointing at the other person.

Where there are sports, there is Kino Makoto!

"Eh? Venus?" She stares at Minako for a moment. "This is a new you," she remarks. Her world's Venus tends to be much less outgoing and much less into sports, overly serious as the senshi leader and focused almost entirely between that and her idol career.

But it's Minako! And sports!

"I'll play," she offers cheerfully.

Though he wasn't familiar at first glance, the crescent upon his forehead instantly jolted her memories into line. The plate dropped from her hand, spilling the assembled cookies to the ground as she scrambled to her feet.

"You... what are you doing here?"

"I- I think so," she replied truthfully. Wherever it was, it looked like Earth. It was beautiful, and fragrant, and the cookies were delicious. Sadly they were part of the scenery now.

Whatever was going on here, he wasn't attacking or doing anything to warrant action just yet. Was this one of the 'alternates' Pallas had mentioned?
