Wednesday was my morphology ultrasound - where they check Splodge's innards are all formed and where they should be, that hir legs and arms are the same length, and there are not likely to be bone problems or anything

Yeah. When we went for that scan, Pers had her legs up around her head and naturally, the first thing I saw was her bits, there was just no denying it.
Have they offered you one of those fancy 3D scans? I hear they're really cool, but really expensive when all you're really paying for is the money shot...

Nope, they have not.
I'm leery of over-ultrasounding anyway. I'm REALLY glad the ones I've had have allowed me to see everything's fine, but I just feel that anything can be overkill if unnecessary... plus, we dinnae care about the money shot, we like the surprise element!
I did see an ultrasound shot of a baby, legs akimbo, today - AHH! No doubt THAT one was a boy! ^-^
