Fire hazard

For the past month, there has been a fridge in the hallway outside my apartment. The hallway is narrow and I have to squeeze past sideways to get through the door. I've contacted the building manager many times but he is simply ignoring the issue

Just contact the local fire dept and explain the situation. They'll send an inspector in pretty much immediately.

I would call the fire department, they'll react super fast - a blocked hallway IS a fire hazard, and they will ensure it's rectified yesterday.
