Fire hazard
For the past month, there has been a fridge in the hallway outside my apartment. The hallway is narrow and I have to squeeze past sideways to get through the door. I've contacted the building manager many times but he is simply ignoring the issue.
I'm moving August 1st, so I'm not sure how much effort I want to put into this. What would you do? Would you take it to the Regie? Is there a way to get it declared a fire hazard and have the landlord fined, and how would I go about that?
