My roommate's clutter is driving me batshit, off-the-wall crazy and I'm thinking it's time to move. The lease is in her name, all bills are in her name, and I never signed any document with her. Does the Regie have a rule or anything about how much notice I have to give her, since there's no sublease to stipulate it?

Our apartment has an oil furnace. The last tenants never used the heating-- just insulated the windows and used space heaters-- and the tank is empty. When we contacted the landlord about it, he told us that refilling the tank is our responsibility. I know that in B.C.oil is the landlord's responsibility, but I can't find anything in Quebec. Anyone know where I could get some nice and fabulous wall decals around town? Maybe something like this or on a similar note. I know some of you might say IKEA but it's too far for me.
