I've worked as an English-Russian interpreter before coming to Canada, hence my English :) (i am prone to making typos both in English and Russian (having linguistics degree in Russian and English does not help :)), which only makes me admire those people whose written language is so beautiful as yours :)

Very interesting post Donna. It certainly made me think that the Silent Majority is sensibly getting on with their lives instead of making a lot of noise complaining about the situation.

I agree with you about the Media 100% - scroundrels out to sell themselves and boost profits, never letting the facts get in the way of a "good" story.

Thanks Malcolm. I wish I had written this. Jay Leno is a comedian/variety show host. It does my heart good to know there are sane entertainers out there still.
