Dammit.

Honey Jasmine, the accidental-doggie, is missing. We put her out last night about midnight to go to the bathroom and we haven't seen her since.

My son keeps toddling to the door and saying "Jazz? Jazz? Oof oof?" which means "Where is my doggie-friend Jasmine? Can't the oof oof come back inside?" We keep calling for her but no luck yet. I ( Read more... )

Christmas day is o.k. but I love Christmas Eve.

We had dinner at the IHOP - I know, classy, right? -then drove around looking at festive houses. When my daughter asked why I wanted to do it, I said, with a catch in my throat, "So I can watch the light in your eyes."
