2 cups raw rice
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - poached and pulled *
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 14 oz can black beans - drained
1 8 oz can Mexicorn - drained
1 16 oz jar picante sauce
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste.
