I just made an honest to god effort to try and get through Stephanie Meyers' Twilight. Really. I did. I'll openly admit that I've never been *really* into reading fictional works (aside from some Murakami short stories), but you know what? When I get into a novel, I really get into it. oh lawdy, it's an update.

Uh, I'm still in retail hell. I guess it's gotten better than I expected it to be. Still, I would ideally be able to get payed to stay in and sleep, but you can't always get what you want, can you?

I went to visit Katie last weekend and it was sweet.

And now I have a month to kill before school starts. HOW AWESOME.

Transfer was accepted, and it seems as if all is good to go.

Time for cupcakes and sewing. A beautiful combination if I do say so myself. However, there's just a few drawing assignments and a research paper standing in my way before I can get to that.

I am stressed and lonely and tired, but relieved that all this college-related bullshit should be settled soon.

All I want is a good cup of tea, and a couple days of uninterrupted sleep.

..oh how interesting.
