I am stressed and lonely and tired, but relieved that all this college-related bullshit should be settled soon.
All I want is a good cup of tea, and a couple days of uninterrupted sleep.
..oh how interesting.
Speaking in more positive terms, I clunked down the ten bucks on
Metal Gear Solid Mobile, because I need something a bit more riveting than a copy of the New York Times and Zuma to keep me awake on the train home. For a mobile game, the graphics are surprisingly good. Chronologically, it falls somewhere between the original Metal Gear Solid and Sons of Liberty, but utilizes the camo system introduced in Snake Eater. The controls are relatively good, but I've found some awkward moments trying to get Snake to do what I want him to. Additionally, some VR missions were included to add on to playtime. I should note that I haven't completed the game yet, and therefore can't give any commentary on completion time. On the overall, it wasn't a bad buy, but the pricetag is only justifiable if you're a pretty hardcore fan of the series. Maybe give the subscription a run for a month if you're flat out curious.
In the mean time, I'm just going to twiddle my thumbs until Guns of the Patriots arrives. mmm~. ♥
