for the past two days i've finished the new york times crossword puzzle all by myself.

and it makes me feel smart.

at the art table the other day, two little girls were arguing over the markers, glue, glitter, and whatever other supplies i had out for their daily table-time activity. amidst the silly name calling and strange tactics most often used by pre-schoolers, kate told sara that sara's mom was going to hate her because she was mean and wasn't sharing.
