Okay, I won't give my whole sob story about yesterday's regionals, but I do have one ethical question to propose to you other Mock Trial people.

If one of the evaluators knows which team is which and is a mother of a member on a competing team, should she be allowed to evaluate at all?

It's the New York State case this year. What's yours?

Word on the street is New York's case will be criminal again.

Mock trial doesn't start until December but I am already PUMPED!!!!!!

Questions for other New Yorkers: Is the case this year going to be civil, since last year's was criminal? (This will only be our school's third year of mock trial.) AND why are we not in nationals????
