I have no idea who’s responsible for this, but thank you. Jesus. Wow. Um. Wow.

This is actually the only piece of Ardian’s artwork I have. Technically I own the Chance pages, but I’ve never gotten around to having him send them to me, and…holy crap.

I dunno if you’ve been following the disasters that have been hitting Indonesia lately, but it’s been one thing after another-tsunamis, volcanoes, floods-and every time I hear about one of them I wince, because my “Take A Chance” artist, Ardian Syaf, is Indonesian, and I keep fearing his area will be hammered.

I have all these great dessert cookbooks (Mrs Fields’ I LOVE CHOCOLATE Cookbook, a cheesecake cookbook, an ice cream recipe book…) and no reason to make any of the desserts in them. I left the house to go on a walk this morning and a few doors down the postman said to me, “I’ve two packages for ye, is anyone there to collect them?”, so I turned around and came back home to collect them.

I got my calendar today! And to my delight, the quality is very nice! I think it’s worth buying! :) I ordered a standard-size and kind of wish I’d gotten the one they refer to as “huge”, just to see what it looks like. But I’m very pleased with the product, so if you’d like a CE Murphy Ireland 2010 calendar, this is the place to get it.
