I went to my crappy dentist today. He's worked on my chipped tooth three times now. First time, within the first three days, the silly putty he put on there flaked and chipped. Went to ACL Sunday. Here's a tip. When it's 109 degrees outside, don't wear denim shorts. And don't wear tennis shoes because you think your feet will be more "comfortable." I had a plant on my front (sorta) porch that was dying a slow and painful death, its leaves limping, turning brown...so I sat it in front of the front door of my landlord, who takes care of many plants, with a note attached reading "SAVE ME!" We'll see what happens...

Went to a comedy show last night and saw Chong, the judge from Night Court (not that funny a guy) and Ron Howard, who does standup with Foxworthy. I liked Chong's bit the best, but Howard told the funniest joke. It was something along these lines ( Read more... )
