"What?" he finally asks, and it's strange how it's still the same light tenor, but he manages to have even less emotion in it than Demyx ever did (that Lissar got to see, anyway).
"'Nothing, maybe'." Edym repeated, annoyance tinging his voice. "You know, some people might take offense at staring. You're going to need a better reason than that."
Edym still notices, and he's getting pretty tired of all the attention. Determined to ignore this one, he takes his sitar off his back and begins checking to see if it needs re-stringing.

Axel gets ignored until Edym finishes his task - his instrument takes precedence over anyone else, acquaintances and strangers alike.
When done, he looks up to Axel, eyes cold and dark without any recognition in them. But that's to be expected.
"I'd ask if that was a threat."
