So I'm a rising senior in course 7 and I really want to take a good statistics course before I graduate mainly b/c I am going into research and having some background in statistics will be quite useful.  I've heard that 18.05 is a good course for people who don't have a particularly strong math background.   I've never taken statistics before (not ( Read more... )

Did any of you guys ever do the FMAS learning community as freshmen? I looked into it and decided it looks pretty BA, but you never know. So, if any of you guys did it, what'd you think? Or for anyone that's really involved at all with the Media Lab, have you had mostly good experiences with it?

I'm wondering if there's a recording of (or even lyrics for) the classic Logarhythms (and maybe Chorallaries too) song that has the refrain, "Technology-ology-o!" somewhere on the web. I googled a bit and looked on Youtube and didn't come up with anything. Does anyone have a link?
