Interesting scans. Yeah, that's definitely not how I see the cities (although that is a really interesting power....I'd love to see Bruce temporarily get it and have a chat with gotham.....or does he normally). I could see Gotham as a gargoyle, but the demon thing is a bit much.

Oooh, I do like the idea of Hawksmoor maybe letting Bruce talk to Gotham directly somehow! It's altogether possible Bruce sees Gotham very differently than Jack, after all... :)

Take away the parking meter, and just leave that outfit, and I'd have no problem with the Metropolis drawing. Gotham, yeah, I see her more as a tragic lady or a femme fatale than an outright demon.

Demon Knights looks SO AWESOME and I wish I could be reading it. (My secret crush on Jason Blood doesn't help matters there).

I get the impression that meter maids have a sort of resonance in Britain that maybe they don't have in the States? I base this almost entirely on the Beatles' "Lovely Rita Meter Maid" and the fact Cornell is British. :)

I am loving it! I haven't been very fair to Jason in my scans (although he also hasn't been around much for the last few issues, it's all been Etrigan), to be honest I find his love triangle really weirdly interesting and I really want to know what's up with Xanadu, if she's lying to one or the other or (I suspect) it's more complicated and she loves both of them in different ways. I'm hoping to see more of him soon!

Stormwatch 3 was sadly lacking in Apollo/Midnighter interaction, but we do find out Apollo's real first name (which is very odd, he just never has struck me as a character who needs a "real" first name, his name is Apollo).
I admit, Apollo calling himself Andrew surprised me too. I was like: "What? His name is Andrew? WOW!" :D
And I was looking forward to Apollo/Midnighter interaction, so I was sad for lack of it. *sigh*

Huh, I obviously prefer to go for the Gotham femme fatale look instead rather than the (IMHO) more obvious demonic look. And Metropolis as a sexy meter maid makes some sense in a clean-law-and-order sort of way, but it's probably not where I would have gone.

Oh well... I think that was a good question! And I’m curious - will Adam One be still the leader in the future. And if he is, will he change? I don't know! It's traditionally with a team like this to have one or two members who have been created in order to kill off, to show How Serious Things Are. The three new characters are the Projectionist, Eminence of Blades, and Adam One...of the three, the Projectionist has the least-defined personality or connections to other characters, so I'm betting on her. :/ I suspect Adam One is more competent than he seems and once Apollo and Midnighter realize this he (along with J'onn) will form a bloc that supports him, but I wouldn't mind so much if Engineer did oust

He... talks to cities. That's a really weird power. ...And yeah, I agree, Paris is okay, but I'm not sure I agree with Metropolis and Gotham is way over the top.

Paris looks lovely, just right for Paris! I'll live with Gotham as long as Cornell shows that she looks different depending on who's talking to her. :) There's no way Bruce sees her that way...
