It's no secret that I adore the Batman:  Brave and the Bold cartoon, but it suffers from a sad lack of Superman in it.  That made sense early on, when the focus was on teaming up Batman with less-known

Anyway when they take off the cowl Bruce looks a little older then I last saw him and it makes Tim look cute and young. The hug was the best thing along with the Damian thing.

Omg I just now realized that the red robin costume makes Tim look old. Oh well.

Also I can't believe Bruce just told Tim they are going to have fun. Usually it's the robin that says that and batman just nods or something so that why it suprised me. I love the new Bruce.

It's true, Bruce is definitely changing things up a bit! Comics will go through cycles where he's more or less positive all the time, but it's unusual he's written so consistently across all the titles this way, so it's very striking.

Also, after reading through Red Robin, I'm noticing that Tim is REALLY like Bruce. Dick, Jason, Damian are all rather different, but Tim... The contingency plans, a Lynx/Catwoman, even the way they act/think sometimes. I remember, during Young Justice, Tim didn't want to be like Bruce... but he seems to be becoming more and more like his mentor.

OMG, that hug! THE HUGGGG. It was so satisfying!

It does seem that of all the Robins--including Damian--Tim is the most like Bruce. Hmmm, that makes me suspect that's exactly why Damian hates Tim so much...
