The good:
I went to a Jack's Mannequin concert last night. The venue was at King's College London - where I went to uni. It was great not only because I was seeing one of my favourite bands live, but also because I met my husband there and we hadn't been back since we graduated in 2001. Spotify
I've found a music app that's just as awesome as last.fm, if not more. Spotify.com enables you to listen to any track you want, whenever you want. You 'pay' by listening to an advert every five songs or so.
It beats last.fm for trialling new artists because on last.fm you can only select one song at a time to play and can't make playlists either ( Read more... ) -
Tele update

Anyone else catch Law & Order: UK last night? I've never seen any of the US L&Os, but I was looking forward to this one, mostly for Jamie Bamber ( Battlestar Galactica) and Freema Agyeman (Doctor Who).

I finally got tickets for the Jack's Mannequin concert in London. Unfortunately I had to pay through the nose for them on eBay - but I'm hoping that when my Manchester tickets arrive (the only ones I could actually get hold of at face value - and it would've cost a fair bit to travel/stay there) I can sell them to recoup some of the cost. Habits
I start every day with a cup of Darjeeling tea. I like to have something chocolatey after every meal, even if it's just a teeny bit or a cup of hot chocolate.
