great american adventure- st. louis and oklahoma city chapter
finally made it to ian, and met up with his friends who were all very nice but alittle wacky, especially after a few strong good beers, and we came up with some funny mantras, including but not limited to, "lube is for lightweights," and, "raw is the new rough."

no joke, we were having a wonderful mardi gras, enjoying the parades uptown today, when about 100 feet from my friends and i, a bunch of shots exploded in the crowd. id never heard a gun shot at such close range, so at first i mistakenly thought it mightve been firecrackers...then we saw the people laying in the street. we heard a baby was shot, ( Read more... ) -

im really far behind in keeping up with my travel journal entries, but i wanted to let my new orleans friends know i will be there for mardi gras, hopefully by this friday. hope to see you all then!

richmond is so sweet! i had so much fun living with jon for a week, just being goofballs together. he introduced me to a ton of really great people, but i would have to say my favorite has to be liz from back door--shes so rad and nice! i helped her canvass for her candidate on the vcu campus one afternoon, something i havent done for a long ( Read more... ) -
