Hahaha, I seem to have a knack for that. That's the trouble with majoring in rhetoric, you can create convincing arguments out of nothing.
My gloom may be unfounded though, as jljso just said the scuttlebutt online is that this may be a foray into Christian music which would EXPLAIN A LOT.
a) how it was done in two weeks and done in Nashville b) why this was not discussed as being a major deal when it happened, why his mom broke the story c) how he can plan to drop the album and then go on tour with his brothers.
A Christian CD would require very little promotion as it is guaranteed play on Christian stations, and would take almost no effort to record. It would be the equivalent of a Christmas album, or an album of Bounce joke songs. Get it done fast, get it out to the limited market that will purchase it without having to be convinced, move on.
THIS STILL DOESN'T EXPLAIN THE HEADBAND. But it does make me feel slightly better.
However. UGH CHRISTIAN ROCK MUSIC OH NOES. And whatever ~&theAdministration~ is, it will influence a lot of fannish movement/thought and I AM JUST A BIT NERVOUS ABOUT THAT. As much as I like the boys, I also have really enjoyed the fandom. CHANGE MAKES ME NERVOUSSS.
Let's talk more about how Joe and Nick called each other every day to talk about their various days AND HOW MUCH THEY MISSED EACH OTHER.
I agree with you 100%. I can't even stomach the fact that Nick is going to have a solo album. Yes, they aren't breaking up but, side solo projects like these might be a factor. Yes, they are brothers and they truly could never break up but still....UGH. I just can't even handle this.
Hahaha, I know exactly how you feel. I just mostly DON'T want to deal. Even if it is just a paltry side project, I don't want to have to hear about it. :(
Ah well. I'm going to try and enjoy them while I know I have them.
Hahaha, yeah, I'm kind of like, "I'll freak out if I want to!" I never got a farewell tour with Nsync because they refused to admit they were breaking up. There was never any closure. I don't want that again. =T
I don't think that album is going to be amzing. Good, maybe. Solid, probably. But I'm not sure it's something that really warranted a break from his brothers who already do everything he says. WHO KNOWS, though. I guess I'm no one to judge.
If it's basically JB music without joe's voice to give me a break from nick's, I'm not interested.
Hahaha, really that's the biggest issue I have. The lack of assured Joe. I need to know I'm going to be getting my daily helping of Joseph Adam. For reals.
