This first dish sounds really easy to prepare & if you want to leave it to marinate overnight, refrigerate it for up to eight hours & skip the 1 hour @ room temp thing...
As for the pie, I've been told that there's no point in trying to freeze it or anything, since it just doesn't work. Instead, throw a party or give the other one away...

You should be posting these to home_recipes. We've got members but posting recipes they certainly do not.

Um... I've put up one or two. The reason I haven't put up many is that a lot of the recipes I've got in my journal are things that I plan to one day try making, but haven't yet got around to attempting & that means they don't conform with ⅔ of the easy to follow comm rules. Once I'm settled in Toronto, I should have more time to cook & will then be able to start contributing more frequently. :)
