tomato bread this time:

500g/1lb 2oz strong flour
5g salt
55ml/2fl oz olive oil
20g/¾oz fresh yeast
275ml/9fl oz tomato juice from tin of tomatoes

this is fun!

I've just seen th recent BBC production of the Merchant of Venice, and either I didn't get it due to all the language and other stupidities, or Shakespeare is overrated....IMHO, obviously:-)

back to work after 3 days holidays, and of course since a colleague has left, my desk was inundated with files and filing :-(

I'm deliberately not going to be following LJ and stuff as much during the summer,everything needs a break. Should you wish to contact me, then a text is best
