more baking

tomato bread this time:

500g/1lb 2oz strong flour
5g salt
55ml/2fl oz olive oil
20g/¾oz fresh yeast
275ml/9fl oz tomato juice from tin of tomatoes

this is fun!

it's turned out really well! If I start baking it on a regular basis, and can get a hold of one more bread tin, then I may start giving loaves of bread to friends....:-)
