Yule is Borealis' Beltaine. Somewhat on the smaller side and just nice and relaxing. I love this event, even if the past 2 years we have had TERRIBLE weather for it. This year was especially good for me since I was staying with new friends.... so

Whipping Winds is always a great laid back event. Attendance was low this year and the overall organization was less then stellar but like most events, if you open the doors, people will come. Thank you to everyone who had input on how to de-shrink my gown. I think its mostly fixed. I managed to re-shape the bodice enough that its wearable and will be better fitted once I loose the weight promised by the boot camp we start at work this week.
